01 — Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is Image Systems?
Image Systems is an AI-powered photo enhancement platform by Multisystems. It turns smartphone snapshots into professional-grade images for listings, products, and menus — with batch processing, AI generation, web import, AI renaming, and 103 enhancement templates in one workspace.
What image formats does Image Systems support?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, GIF, HEIC/AVIF, SVG, BMP, PSD, Canon CR3, and many other RAW formats. Enhanced images can be exported with 15+ export presets. Per-file size limits are configured in your plan settings.
How does batch processing work?
Switch to multiple-photos mode, queue the images, configure enhancement settings once, and run the batch — every image gets the same treatment with status tracking. Paid plans include unlimited batch processing; Quick Enhance supports bulk runs up to 9,999 photos.
Which AI providers does Image Systems use?
OpenAI for enhancement and generation, and Google Gemini as an alternative provider with a free tier via Google AI Studio. Credits from your plan are used automatically, or Pro plans and above can bring their own API keys.
What are enhancement templates?
103 built-in templates, each defining policy rules — allowed behaviors like straightening lines and forbidden behaviors like adding fake furniture — for a specific scene type. Smart Mode ranks templates by relevance to your current photo.
What is virtual staging?
Virtual staging uses AI generation to furnish and style a space from a description — useful for real estate and rentals where physical staging is cost-prohibitive. Staged images are AI-generated; label them as such where your listing platform requires it.
Can I import photos from booking sites?
Yes. Import from Web scans any public URL — Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Zillow, or your own site — including JavaScript-heavy pages, and lets you select which images to import into your workspace. It does not work on password-protected pages.
How is my data handled?
API keys are encrypted on the server and never stored in the browser. Images are processed through secure cloud pipelines for the workflow you request. See the product's security documentation for encryption and data-handling details.
How does Image Systems relate to other Multisystems products?
Image Systems is a standalone product. One Multisystems account (accounts.multisystems.ai) opens every Multisystems system, but each product works independently — Image Systems does not share data with the other systems today.
Can I start without paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes 100 credits per month — about 9 typical image workflows — and 500 MB of storage, with the full feature set. No payment is needed.
How do credits work?
A typical full image pipeline uses about 10 credits. So 500 credits is roughly 45 images, 1,200 credits roughly 109, and 5,500 credits roughly 500.
What happens when I need more credits or storage?
Move to a higher plan as volume grows, or buy extra credits at $5 per 50 and storage add-ons anytime.
Are features different by plan?
Every plan includes the core toolkit — enhancement, generation, upscaling, background removal, AI Rename, Import from Web, and all 103 templates. Higher tiers add credits, storage, unlimited batch processing, API access, priority processing, and BYOK.
Can I bring my own AI provider account?
Yes. Pro plans and above support Bring Your Own API Key (BYOK) for OpenAI and Google Gemini. Keys are encrypted on the server and never stored in the browser.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes. Enterprise is custom-priced for large organizations that need unlimited credits, 1 TB+ storage, white-label options, custom integrations, SLA coverage, and a dedicated account manager.
What is the Setup Center?
The Setup Center lets you choose your industry — Real Estate, Restaurants, E-Commerce, Automotive, and more — and customizes default enhancement presets, lighting options, export formats, and AI suggestions to match.
What is the Adaptive Workspace?
Available on Enterprise plans, the Adaptive Workspace learns your typical workflow over about 12 enhancement jobs and starts suggesting better defaults for lighting, perspective, and upscaling. You can pin classic defaults or roll back at any time.
Is there an API for automated workflows?
Yes. API access is included from the Starter plan up, so enhancement can be integrated into existing pipelines. Enterprise plans add custom integrations.
What support is available?
All plans include documentation and guides. Paid plans include product support, and higher tiers can include personalized onboarding for workspace setup, templates, and workflows.
What is Quick Enhance?
A conversational interface for the enhancement pipeline: type commands like 'make it brighter' or 'run batch' and the AI executes them — on a single photo or bulk batches up to 9,999 photos.
