01 — Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is Revenue Systems?
Revenue Systems is AI revenue management for hotels, live at revenuesystems.app. Every rate is built in four visible stages — base rate, market signal, your rules, final price — from live comp-set data, event demand, and your own occupancy, inside guardrails you set. You see why the number moved, and you keep the final call.
How does the dynamic pricing work?
The AI analyzes real-time demand signals, competitor rates, booking pace, events, seasonality, and market conditions, then recommends or automatically adjusts rates — always within guardrails you set. Opening any night shows that night's four-stage price build, so every suggestion is auditable.
Does it replace my current revenue management system?
Revenue Systems is built to be your complete revenue management system. It can replace standalone RMS tools, or run alongside your existing setup during the transition period.
How do rate changes reach my channels?
The Setup Center connects your OTA listing (Expedia) and your extranet rate-push access during setup, so approved rate changes push to your connected channels automatically instead of being re-keyed by hand.
What if I have no occupancy data?
The engine prices from market position alone and tells you so. Add occupancy data any time — paint it by day, set a baseline, or upload CSV/Excel — to switch to demand-based pricing.
How fresh is the competitor rate data?
Rates come from live OTA scrapes. The dashboard shows the scrape age on every table and flags data that may be stale.
Which event sources are covered?
Events arrive from Ticketmaster and SeatGeek feeds; search demand comes from market search-volume data. Event radius and holiday display are configurable.
Can I export reports for owners?
Yes — six report types export to HTML, PDF, and Excel, with KPI strips, charts, AI insight, and detail tables. Generated reports are saved per property.
Does Revenue Systems share data with other Multisystems products?
Each Multisystems product stands alone, and one Multisystems account (accounts.multisystems.ai) opens all of them. Cross-product intelligence is on our roadmap — we'll claim it when it ships.
How is our data protected?
Sign-in runs through the centralized Multisystems account system at accounts.multisystems.ai, so the marketing site never handles your credentials. Property data in the application is covered by Multisystems' published security commitments — access restricted to authorized personnel, incident response procedures, and breach notification under applicable law.
How much does Revenue Systems cost?
There is no public price list — pricing is scoped per property. Book a 30-minute demo: the team walks every module on your market's data and answers pricing for your property directly. You can also start the conversation from revenuesystems.app/get-started.
Why is no pricing published?
Because revenuesystems.app publishes none, and this page will not invent tiers the product does not sell. Properties differ enough — room count, room mix, portfolio size — that a scoped quote is more honest than a placeholder table. If a public price list ships on revenuesystems.app, it will be reproduced here.
How do I get started?
Two doors: book a demo first to see the product on your own market, or create your Multisystems account at revenuesystems.app/get-started and walk the six-step Setup Center — property basics, Expedia listing, extranet access, comp set, occupancy, go live. No IT department required.
