01 — Questions
Frequently asked questions.
- What is OTA Systems?
- OTA Systems is the operations and revenue platform for independent and mid-market hotels, built by Multisystems. It audits every Expedia and Booking.com charge against 200+ rules, prepares reclaims for the commissions you shouldn't have paid, runs your multi-OTA bookings in one console, and shows you what the hotel across the street is charging — without enterprise pricing or a consultancy retainer.
- How much does OTA Systems cost?
- Starter is $99 per property per month for a single property with up to 150 bookings a month. Growth is $249 per property per month for 1–5 properties with unlimited bookings and the full platform, including Revenue Intelligence. Portfolio, for 6+ properties, is custom-priced in design-partner mode. Every tier is a flat subscription — no per-claim fees — with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, and 15% off annual billing.
- Do you file the dispute for us?
- No, and we're honest about it. Neither Expedia Partner Central nor Booking.com's Extranet lets anyone auto-submit disputes. OTA Systems assembles the dispute package, generates the exact message to paste, and deep-links you into the right extranet screen. You click Submit — about 30 seconds per claim. Any vendor who says they auto-file is misrepresenting what's technically possible.
- Which OTAs are supported?
- Expedia Partner Central and Booking.com Extranet are the two channels OTA Systems audits for commission reclaim. Direct bookings from your PMS also appear in the Operations console, but they don't generate commission charges, so they don't generate claims.
- Does OTA Systems replace my PMS?
- Never. We sit beside your PMS. OTA Systems reads reservation and folio data and never writes back — your PMS stays the system of record, whichever one you use.
- Does it work with my PMS?
- Yes. We don't maintain an approved-partner list because we don't need one — if your team can log into your PMS, we're compatible. No IT ticket, no API cooperation, no partnership calls required.
- What happens if Expedia denies a claim?
- It happens — not every claim we surface succeeds. The claim moves to DENIED status in your dashboard, and we retain the evidence package in case you want to escalate. On average, 55–75% of well-documented claims get approved.
- Are there per-claim fees or success fees?
- No. A flat monthly subscription, period. You keep 100% of what you reclaim. Success-fee competitors take 25–50% of your recovered money; over a year, that's far more expensive than a flat subscription.
- What's in the free audit?
- Connect your Expedia Partner Central account and we scan the last 90 days of reservations. Before you subscribe, you see the open reclaim opportunity, your effective commission rate, and a sample of the dispute packages we'd prepare.
- How is my data kept secure?
- All credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Booking data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. We never train machine-learning models on individual customer data, and a full subprocessor list is available on request.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- Monthly subscriptions cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions cancel at the end of the term. No long-term contract, no early-termination fee.
- Does OTA Systems share data with other Multisystems products?
- No. OTA Systems is an independent product. One Multisystems account opens every Multisystems system, but the products do not share data today — if that ever changes, we'll say so when it ships, not before.
