The two OTA connections

OTA Systems pairs with Expedia Partner Central and the Booking.com Extranet — the two channels it audits for commission reclaim. There is no API project on your side: if your team can log into the extranet, you can connect, with a 60-second onboarding shortcut when your property is already in our dataset. The free audit then scans your last 90 days of reservations and shows the open reclaim opportunity, your effective commission rate, and sample dispute packages before you subscribe.

Your PMS stays the system of record

OTA Systems sits beside your PMS, whichever one you run. It reads reservation and folio data and never writes back, and there is no approved-partner list to check — if your team can log into your PMS, you're compatible. Direct bookings appear in the Operations console for context; they carry no OTA commission, so they generate no claims.

Rate shoppers and dispute filing

Comp-set rates come from a third-party rate shopper — bring the one you already pay for, or we'll suggest one. Dispute submission is deliberately manual: no OTA offers a dispute API, so OTA Systems prepares the package, generates the exact message to paste, and deep-links you into the right extranet screen. You review and click Submit.

“Live” means the connection works in the shipped product at otasystems.ai today; roadmap items are listed on the otasystems.ai Portfolio tier as on the roadmap, and we claim each one when it ships. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256, booking data is stored on encrypted infrastructure, and individual customer data is never used to train machine-learning models. Full subprocessor list available on request.
