Three extranets, each with its own interface and its own version of the truth
Operations Hub
Expedia, Booking.com, and direct bookings in one searchable console — list and calendar views, per-channel ADR and occupancy, and a folio view on every reservation.
What breaks without it.
Modifications and cancellations tracked by copy-paste between tabs
No per-channel view of ADR and occupancy without building a spreadsheet
When to reach for this module.
Reach for Operations Hub when the daily routine is flipping between Expedia Partner Central, the Booking.com Extranet, and the front-desk system just to answer basic questions: who is arriving today, what changed overnight, and which channel that booking actually came from.
- 01Connect your channels — the same Expedia and Booking.com pairing that powers Reclaim, plus direct bookings read from your PMS data.
- 02Reservations from every channel are normalized into one table, so statuses, rates, and stay dates are comparable side by side.
- 03Filter and search by channel, status, guest, or date range — and switch between list and calendar views.
- 04Review per-channel ADR and occupancy, open the folio view on any reservation, and export any filtered view to CSV.

What we claim, and how.
Operations Hub reads; it does not write. Your PMS stays the system of record and each extranet remains available for the tasks that belong there — guest messaging, property settings, rate loading. The console removes the tab-switching from day-to-day reservation work, not your control over the channels.
These figures are product specifications published on otasystems.ai — plan pricing, audit-rule count, claim categories, and the forecast window. We do not publish aggregate recovery amounts or ROI claims here until a customer-verified case-study file (property profile, timeframe, claim mix, approval evidence) is public.
Questions this page answers.
- Does Operations Hub replace my OTA extranets or PMS?
- No. It is a read layer on top of them. OTA Systems reads reservation and folio data and never writes back — your PMS stays the system of record, and you keep full extranet access for guest messaging and property settings.
- Which channels appear in the console?
- Expedia and Booking.com reservations, plus your direct bookings, in one table. Expedia Partner Central and Booking.com Extranet are the two channels OTA Systems audits for commission reclaim; direct bookings appear for operations context but carry no OTA commission.
- Can I get the data out?
- Yes. Any filtered view exports to CSV, ready for your accounting workflow, ownership reporting, or spreadsheet of choice.
